Order Dispatch

All orders placed by midday between Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (excluding public holidays). Notes

- The poured raw materials should reach the lowest mark, but not exceed the highest mark.

- Do not add frozen fruits, vegetables, or ice to running machines.

- Do not add hot ingredients.

- Do not fill the container beyond the maximum filling line.

- Please do not leave anyone unattended during use.

- Keep the rear and sides of the unit ventilated to ensure the normal operation of the compressor and avoid overheating.

- Maintain ventilation openings in electrical enclosures or built-in structures to avoid obstacles.

- When using appliances, ensure that their sides and back are at least 4 inches (10.2 centimeters) away from the wall.

- Pay attention to the formula of the raw materials. The sugar content must be above 6%, the soda content must be above 16%, and the alcohol (wine, beer, etc.) must be between 2.8% and 16% to avoid affecting the normal use of the machine and damaging it.

- The snow melting machine should not be placed upside down during transportation, and the tilt angle should not exceed 45 degrees when tilted.

- Please do not flip the snow melting machine over. If it does, it is recommended to place the ice cream machine forward for 2 hours before turning it on.

- To install this machine, choose a place that avoids direct sunlight, has a flat ground (tabletop), is dry, dust-free, and has good ventilation. The ambient temperature should not exceed 89.6°Fand should be kept away from heat sources.

- Insert your fingers into the bottom of the machine base, lift it up, and gently place it on the table.

- Despite efforts for accuracy, there may be some reasonable error due to manual measurement.  

- Actual product colours may vary due to monitor settings & lightings.
