  • Place the machine on a smooth, flat and stable working surface.

Operation Guide

  1. Rinse the machine and allow it to dry before use.
  2. Press the machine head and turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body.
  3. Install the bowl cover into the stirring end.
  4. Weigh the flour and water to be processed into the bowl, with a maximum of 2.25kg.
  5. Assemble the bowl on the machine, rotate clockwise until the buckle is locked.
  6. Install the required accessory onto the output shaft, and rotate counterclockwise to the locking position.
  7. Press the machine head to lock it in place.
  8. Turn the Speed knob to 0 position.
  9. Plug in the power cord and turn on the Power Button.
  10. Adjust the Speed Knob to the required speed to start mixing.
  11. Once the dough meets the requirements, turn the Speed Knob back to 0 position to stop.
  12. Press the machine head, turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body.
  13. Rotate the bowl counterclockwise to remove it, and take out the dough.
