Before first use, ensure the hand mixer is unplugged and securely attach the desired beaters or dough hooks. Start mixing at the lowest speed and gradually increase according to the ingredients being prepared. After use, press the eject button to remove the attachments for cleaning. Wash the beaters and dough hooks with warm soapy water, and wipe the motor housing with a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
